The Actors’ Network
April 25, 2004 by Dennis Baker
I have recently joined The Actors’ Network (TAN). It was created to help educate the actors on the business side of acting. I have only been with the group for about three weeks and I am learning a lot. They have many different facets that represent the make of the group: Q&A Seminars led by Industry professionals, Topical Discussion, Monthly Power Groups to keep an actor set on his/her goals, and an extensive multimedia library. For any actor in the Los Angeles area, I HIGHLY recommend this group.

There is nothing worse than having a casting director, or director, seem not interested during an audition because they have seen a monologue way too many times. Check out the e-book to see if your audition monologues are considered over done.
